How we use text messages and how you can manage them
We use text messages to keep you informed about your care. This includes things like appointment reminders, lab result notifications, prescription refill reminders, and occasional office updates. If you opt in, we may also send health tips and information about new services.
Texting is optional — you’ll still receive the same information via email, phone, or your patient portal if you prefer not to get texts.
You can opt in to text messages by:
START or JOIN to our office numberConsent is completely optional and not required to receive care.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any message from us. We’ll confirm you’ve been removed.
You can also opt out by calling us at (702) 448-1100 or emailing [email protected].
If you change your mind later, just text START to re-subscribe.
Most patients receive a few texts per week, depending on their appointment schedule. Typical messages include:
Standard message and data rates from your cell phone carrier may apply. If you have an unlimited texting plan, there’s no additional cost. Check with your carrier if you’re unsure.
We keep text messages general — appointment times, reminders, and alerts. We don’t send detailed medical information, lab values, or diagnoses via text. Sensitive health information is always communicated through our secure patient portal or in person.
We don’t sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
